<span style="color: #e69138; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Das ist meine erste zweistöckige Hochzeitstorte, die ich für ein Paar aus meiner Bekanntschaft backen durfte. Ich habe mir viel Mühe mit der detailreichen Blütendekoration aus Fondant gegeben.</span><br />
<span style="color: #e69138; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Die untere Torte ist eine dunkle Schokoladentorte (Zartbitter) und die obere eine helle Schokoladentorte (weiße Schokolade). In der letzten Woche hatten wir in Braunschweig sehr schwüles und warmes Wetter. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich für eine Füllung mit Buttercreme anstatt einer Sahnecreme entschieden. Der Kuchenteig ist ein saftiger Rührteig, der gekühlt bis zu einer Woche haltbar ist. Somit wird eine höhere Haltbarkeit der Torte garantiert und kann gekühlt auch noch nach mehreren Tagen bedenkenlos verzehrt werden. Die Hülle der Torte besteht aus einer hellen und einer dunklen Ganache. Der äußere weiße Überzug ist Fondant und gibt der Hochzeitstorte sein weißes romantisches Aussehen.</span><br />

Das einzige was man braucht sind bunte Marshmallows aus einem Süßigkeitenladen oder von <a href="http://www.strauss-innovation.de/" target="_blank">http://www.strauss-innovation.de</a>. Da habe ich meine bunten Berge gekauft. Diese kosten ca. 1,95 €.</span></div>

Mehr, Speisestärke und Backenpulver sieben und unter die Eimasse gehoben. Zum Schluss das Öl unterheben. Den Teig in einer gefetteten Springform bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze 12 Minuten gebacken.</span></div>

Mehl, Backpulver und Kakaopulver sieben und anschließend unter die Masse heben, sowie den Joghurt. Heiße Milch aufkochen und zügig unter den Kuchenteig rühren bis eine cremige Masse entsteht.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">2 Backbleche mit Backpapier auslegen und den Teig auf diese gleichmäßig verteilen. Den Teig einzeln ca. 10-12 Minuten backen. Die Kuchenplatten aus dem Ofen nehmen und auf dem Blech abkühlen lassen.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Für die Füllung die Sahne steif schlagen. In der Zwischenzeit die Mascarpone, den Sirup und den Puderzucker zu einer gleichmäßigen Creme verarbeiten. Die steif geschlagene Sahne sanft unterheben. Wer möchte kann auch ein paar Tropfen rote Lebensmittelfarbe oder -pulver unterrühren.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Mit einem kleinen runden Glas (ca. 4-5 cm) Kreise aus dem Kuchenboden stechen.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Die Creme in einen Spritzbeutel füllen. Je nach Wunsch kann man kleine Türmchen bauen, indem man abwechselnd Teig und Creme anrichtet. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Zum Schluss die Törtchen mit flüssiger Kuvertüre dekorieren und mit einem Rosenblütenblatt verzieren.</span><br />
